We use the information you share to help plan your occasion and respond to your requests.
What you share
Event inquiries include your selected rentals, event date, city, guest count, name, email and any optional phone number or notes. Launch interest forms collect your email and the item you’re interested in. Our contact form collects your name, email, topic and message. Please don’t include sensitive personal information.
How it’s used
We use event and contact details to review requests and follow up. Joining an item’s interest list gives us permission to contact you about that item’s launch; it does not subscribe you to a general marketing list or reserve an item.
Where it’s kept
Submitted requests are stored in a private database through our website hosting provider. Customer requests are not displayed publicly. The event edit uses your browser’s local storage to remember your selected rentals on your device. Clearing browser storage removes that local selection but does not delete an already submitted request.
Questions or removal
Use our contact form and choose “My details / privacy request” to ask about your information, withdraw launch-update consent or request removal. Include your request reference if you have one.
A note about booking
A saved inquiry or interest request does not confirm equipment availability, reserve a date, take a payment or create a rental agreement. Those details are confirmed separately before booking.
